PENGARUH PELATIHAN TRAINER OF FASILITATOR TERHADAP KOMPETENSI FASILITASI PEMBELAJAAN AMAN BENCANA PERSONIL MDMC KABUPATEN KLATEN

Abstract
The ability to facilitate Safe Disaster Schools (SPAB) is a crucial skill that needs to be enhanced, one of which is through appropriate training. This study aims to analyze the effect of Training of Facilitators (ToF) on improving the facilitation competency for Safe Disaster Schools among MDMC and LLHPB personnel in Klaten Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a one-group pre-test-post-test design. The sample consisted of 60 volunteers selected through purposivel sampling. Data were collected through cognitive tests administered before and after the training and were subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired sample t-test with a significance level of α=0.05. The findings indicate a significant improvement in the participants' cognitive competence. The mean score increased by 23.7 points. The statistical test results yielded a t-value of 20.43 and a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between pre-training and post-training competencies. Furthermore, a standardization of competence occurred, as evidenced by the decrease in the standard deviation from 10.5 to 6.2.Kesimpulan: Conclusion: The ToF training proved effective in enhancing the SPAB facilitation competency of MDMC and LLHPB personnel in Klaten Regency. The significant improvement was observed not only in the mean scores but also in the standardization of participant competence. It is recommended that this program be institutionalized and further developed with a continuous mentoring system to ensure the sustainability of the training's impact.
