HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG INFEKSI MENULAR SEKSUAL DENGAN PERILAKU HIGIENE GENITALIA REMAJA PUTRI

Abstract
Latar Belakang: : Remaja putri rentan terhadap infeksi menular seksual (IMS) dan gangguan higiene genitalia, terutama karena keterbatasan pengetahuan reproduksi pada usia awal. Tujuan: Menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan IMS dengan perilaku higiene genitalia pada siswi MTsN 11 Banyuwangi. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif analitik observasional desain cross-sectional pada 144 siswi yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Besar sampel ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin pada tingkat kesalahan 5% dari total populasi 225 siswi. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan IMS (10 item benar/salah; Cronbach’s α=0,812) dan kuesioner perilaku higiene genitalia (12 item skala Likert; α=0,836). Uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan kedua variabel terdistribusi normal (pengetahuan IMS: p=0,671; perilaku higiene: p=0,812), sehingga analisis bivariat menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil: Pengetahuan IMS kategori cukup mendominasi (48,6%), baik 26,4%, kurang 25,0%. Perilaku higiene genitalia terbanyak kategori cukup (41,7%), baik (35,4%), kurang (13,2%), sangat baik (9,7%). Uji Pearson menunjukkan hubungan positif bermakna (r=0,372; p<0,001; r²=0,139). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan positif bermakna dengan kekuatan lemah antara pengetahuan IMS dan perilaku higiene genitalia. Edukasi kesehatan reproduksi komprehensif perlu diperkuat sebagai upaya preventif.
